LEVEL 1: BEGINNER
You'll learn how to develop the mindset & methods of a strategic storyteller. The goal is to help you internalize behaviors that will allow you to find stories and craft them into powerful communication vehicles. These are the fundamentals!

FIRST DAY
WELCOME MEETING
Duration: 1hr
Welcome meeting, so you get to know your classmates, ask questions, and get a full vision of the program route.

WEEK 1
INITIAL EVALUATION
Duration: 30min
Initial evaluation to measure your level of communication and storytelling skills. We want you to know how you're starting the program.

WEEK 2
CLASS 1
Duration: 2hrs
In this class you'll learn how to develop the storyteller's mindset, so you can find stories and create an effective story bank.

WEEK 3
CLASS 2
Duration: 2hrs
In this class you'll discover the keys to defining your big idea/message, and choosing the right story to craft.

Week 4
CLASS 3
Duration: 2hrs
In this class you'll learn the COSA method, so you can create/craft simple and effective strategic stories.

WEEK 5
GROUP COACHING 1
Duration: 2hrs
Group coaching, where you'll practice your stories and get feedback from your classmates and Cesar Castro.

WEEK 5
PROJECT LEVEL 1
Duration: 2-3hrs
This project consists of finding & crafting a 2-3 minute story. The project will be reviewed and evaluated by Cesar Castro.
LEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE
You'll learn narrative & public speaking techniques to help you deliver your stories with more emotion and persuasion. The goal is to help you learn the secrets of great storytellers, so you can make your stories much more memorable. You can do it!

CLASS 4
Duration: 2hrs
In this class you´ll learn a simple technique that will help you generate more conneciton with your stories.

CLASS 5
Duration: 2hrs
In this class you'll discover a simple secret that will help you increase the emotion and impact of your stories.

CLASS 6
Duration: 2hrs
In this class you'll learn public speaking tips & tools that will make your delivery much more captivating.

WEEK 9
GROUP COACHING 2
Duration: 2hrs
Group coaching, where you'll practice your stories and get feedback from your classmates and Cesar Castro.

WEEK 10
PROJECT LEVEL 2
Duration: 2-3hrs
This project consists of crafting & delivering a 4-5 minute story. The project will be reviewed and evaluated by Cesar Castro.
LEVEL 3: ADVANCED
Now you'll be able to put everything into practice! The goal is to have you show your new storytelling ability by participating in a live storytelling festival where you'll tell stories that will connect, entertain and inspire your audience.

GROUP COACHING 3
Duration: 2hrs
Group coaching, where you'll practice the story that you're going to tell at the festival, and get feedback from your classmates and Cesar Castro.

PERSONALIZED COACHING
Duration: 1hr
Personalized coaching session where you'll work on the final details and practice your story with Cesar Castro.

WEEK 12
STORYTELLING FESTIVAL
Duration: 2hrs
Storytelling festival where you'll be able to tell your story in front of a live audience. This is your chance to use and show your new communication skills!

FINAL DAY
GRADUATION CEREMONY
Duration: 2hrs
Graduation ceremony where you'll recieve your advanced strategic storyteller certificate. Congrats!

Who is Cesar?
A psychologist with dual master’s degrees in organizational psychology and professional communications. He's also a professor of public speaking at Weber State University (USA).
He's the founder of three companies (C&C Consulting, Storytelling Academy, and Strategic Storytelling LLC) that focus on helping business leaders and professionals become better communicators and storytellers.
He's trained thousands of leaders from some of the top companies in the world, such as: Santander, Walmart, PepsiCo, MasterCard & KIA.
He's convinced that we can all become great leaders and communicators if we learn how to become great storytellers.

What are the different payment methods?
You can pay with any type of credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) or you can use PayPal.
How long is the program?
The full Storytelling Mastery program has a duration of 12 weeks (3 months).
Are the classes virtual or in person?
Both! We have an online program for people who want to take it through ZOOM, and an in-person program for those in Utah, USA.
What happens if I can´t make it to one of the classes?
Don´t worry! All our classes are recorded and uploaded to our virtual academy. You can then watch the class On Demand.
Is there on going support during the program?
Yes! You´ll get access to a private WhatsApp group where you´ll be able to ask questions and interact with classmates and Cesar Castro.
